Tron: Legacy

Once again, readers of the Rustbucket blog can skip over to the AR to read a review of Tron: Legacy, a film which I have not seen, mostly because it hasn’t been released. Is it December yet?

    Some notable historical trons:

    Abraham Lin-tron
Bill Clin-tron (the American electoral system is rigged in favour of trons)
    Roy Orbistron
    Pope Tron Paul II
    Tron F. Kennedy (see above)
Tronathon Swift (the fastest of all the trons)
    William the Tronqueror
    Oliver Tronwell

When you think about it, virtual avatars have exerted a worryingly large influence over the course of human history.

Schnockers! We can augment the list with the following tron poets:

Tron Donne (author of skull-crackingly convoluted poetry about tron existence)
John Miltron (as above, only set in a garden centre)
George Gordon, Lord Bytron (had a game 8-bit foot)

I heard that Lord Bytron was mad, bad and dangerous to interface with. Of course, it might not be true as I heard it from Lady Caroline RAM. Snicker snicker snicker. Oh deary me.

When I’m popping about Buenos Aires I always listen to the song ‘Tronny B Goode’ on my Sony Walktron.

And the British political system has also seen its fair share of the blighters. Why, the second ever PM was Spencer Comptron, the Earl of Wilmingtron. But the ancient past be damned. In the 20th Cent. alone there were the following dayglow rascals at no.10:

    Ramsey MacTronald
    Winstron Churchill (infamous warlord)
    Sir Anthony Etron
    Harold Wilstron
and our most beloved Trony Blair

“Hot fucking Jesus. These Trons are everywhere. Someone call Pest Control”

Barack Obama, on his last visit to 10 Downing Street, or ‘Tron Central’, as it is known to insiders.

p.s. Pariah, I like the term ‘schnockers’. I don’t know how I didn’t notice it before. I must use it some time soon. Unrelatedly, how about another splendid AR entry from the Rustbucket soon?
